IMA – In-mold assembling

We combine assemblies in the mold (assembly injection molding). In this case, materials and/or designs are chosen so that the components do not fuse but can move against each other. This technology enables the production of hinged or articulated products in one process step. It also prevents the complex assembly of individual parts.
